Yoga and Yamuna Body Rolling Class Descriptions

Levels Yoga Emily Philips, instructor Emily teaches a slow flow class with emphasis on alignment, breath, and mindfulness. Focus is on group spirit, fluid movements, and on s-l-o-w-i-n-g down in order to develop awareness of breath and body. All levels are welcome, as each class caters to the needs of individual participants. |

Class - $25.00 Jen Jonas, Alicia Penney, Melissa Colby instructor Here's a great introduction to Pilates. Learn the Power Pilates mat exercises in a small group setting with individual attention. This class teaches the beginner Pilates exercises in a small setting with personal attention and focuses on the classic Pilates exercises to strengthen, balance, align your body. |

| Intermediate Pilates Mat
- $25.00 Kachina Fredricks, instructor This is a fast-paced mat class using the Power Pilates format. This class challenges you and takes you beyond the beginner exercises. Kachina incorporates the use of magic circles, therabands, foam rollers, and balls for a more intense workout! |

GYROKINESIS® class! (aka, Yoga for Dancers) - $25.00 with Kathy Van Patten and Lisa Peri, instructors Take the class that started it all. Originally called Yoga for Dancers, Juliu Horvath's first experiments with GYROTONIC® movements took shape as this invigorating mat class. It's part yoga, part dance and all workout. Kathy is a Master Trainer and Lisa is a pre-trainer, so you get to learn from the Best in Boston! Lisa learned the latest format from Juliu in January 2008, so you'll also learn Juliu's latest advancements. |
